In my previous project(Project 2510 — https://wallotry.medium.com/) I mentioned how I realized that I have been depending on automation so much that I spend my time “hacking” when in reality it’s just me going through automation results. Ergo, my goal for today was to update my methodology to 30%(Automation) and 70%(Manual) hacking. It used to be 85%(Automation) and 15%(Manual) hacking. I’ve decided to tip the scale more toward manual hacking.
Overall, today was more of an introduction/preparation day, I was preparing my game plan of how I’ll be approaching my targets in the days to come, learning from my past experiences, and trying to bring all that together. I read a bug bounty few write-ups, looked at a couple of programs that might be interesting and I’m now prepared for tomorrow’s work. The goal for tomorrow will be finishing the program I’ve been hacking on and making sure I didn’t miss a thing. I hope I find something interesting to write about :)
Thank you for taking the time to read through my post. Take care.
